Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using iLedgr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use iLedgr. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Broker Connections
iLedgr allows you to connect third-party brokerage accounts for read-only trade tracking. You grant iLedgr permission to access and display your trade data solely for journaling and P&L tracking purposes. iLedgr does not execute trades.
5. No Financial Advice
iLedgr is a journaling and analytics tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
6. Subscription & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
7. Data Accuracy
We strive for accuracy, but market data and calculated P&L may occasionally contain errors or delays. iLedgr is not liable for any losses arising from data inaccuracies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we determine harmful to the platform or other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLedgr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of iLedgr after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
